Mission Progress To Date:

The Bell 430 Around-the-World flight continues *ahead of schedule*, and things are going well.
Although an accident damaging the fuel system occurred at Frobisher airport (Iqaluit, Canada) five days prior to the arrival of the Bell 430, due to the extraordinary efforts of many people, fuel was brought in. It was ready and in place when the Bell 430 landed. The crew extends their thanks to those who worked so hard to make this possible.
With conditions favorable Ron and John decided to continue flying to the Bell Helicopter Textron facility in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where they stayed for the night. So far, they have traveled 3,790 nautical miles, with 16,758 nautical miles to go.
